Auto Inspections
Kentucky law requires all vehicles purchased in another state to be inspected by the Sheriff in the county where the vehicle is to be licensed.
Court Security
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office is responsible for the security of all Circuit, District, Juvenile, and Family Courts as well as the common areas in the building in which they are held. Additionally, Sheriff’s Deputies staff an electronic surveillance station and handle the daily movement and transportation of prisoners scheduled for court appearances.
